when in rome...

I learned something new last night. Apparently there is more to the saying "when in Rome" than just "when in Rome." Jon told me the second half of the saying is "...do as the Romans do." He then asked me what I thought that expression meant without the second half.

My response? "I don't know, do whatevs." O.F. city schools--you failed me.

In unrelated news, while I was nesting (read: going on an organizing and re-organizing binge) this weekend I stumbled across my old digs:
I probably won't accomplish anything over the next two weeks.
Also, I've decided that grilling should be a year-round thing. It's healthier, tastier, and there are half as many dishes to wash...
