Dinner: Vegan shepherd's pie
Groceries: potatoes

Lunch: leftovers
Groceries: none

Monday
Dinner: Buffalo chickpea salads
Groceries: lettuce, celery

Tuesday
Dinner: Freezer foods (burgers for kids, frozen vegan chicken for us)
Groceries: buns

Groceries: squash, kale

Dinner: Tacos
Groceries: sweet potatoes
